Koni Hanlon is an experienced human resource professional who has been with Act for Kids since 2012. As a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy, Koni started her career as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force performing various roles for more than a decade. Discovering a passion and talent for working with people, Koni changed career paths over 16 years ago into the field of human resources. Her HR career includes extensive experience in the public service sector in both defence and health before joining Act for Kids. Her role has expanded to also include the infrastructure and logistics portfolio in recent years, drawing upon the full spectrum of her career experience.
