Subway® Restaurants in Regional Queensland* is continuing its support of Act for Kids, by hosting a Free Cookie Day this Saturday 10th September.

By visiting any participating Subway in the region, customers can make a gold coin donation and enjoy a free cookie to help Act for Kids in their mission to conquer child abuse and neglect.

Free Cookie Day is part of the Subway community’s ongoing support across Queensland for Act for Kids, having raised over $700,000 to date.

Act for Kids CEO, Dr Neil Carrington, said Subway customers have been an exceptional supporter of the charity.

“Subway has supported Act for Kids for six years now, and since then they have raised over $700,000 through donations from sales and collection boxes.”

“Thanks to the ongoing support of many Subway franchisees, we’re able to give more kids and families the support they need to overcome their challenges,” Dr Carrington said.

So make sure you get down to your local Subway store in Regional Queensland to collect your free cookie and help Act for Kids prevent and treat child abuse and neglect.
