Ive done a lot of work in remote Indigenous communities, specifically documenting portraits of Kowanyama people from the 1970s to the late 1990s. When I found out that remote Australia was home to the charitys work with children and families, I felt compelled to do something that would help support the most disadvantaged and create positive change in the community for generations to come.
Through my last book I raised over $15,000 for the RSPCAs shelter refurbishment, so Im hoping this book will help create awareness about Act for Kids and the important work they do in helping children overcome their experiences from abuse and neglect, Craig said.
Craig is looking for all pets to appear in the new limited edition hardcover book, Dogs and Their Families. Visit craigholmes.com.au to submit your application for inclusion.
