Act for Kids’ Specialist Disability Support in Schools (SDSS) service provides multi-disciplinary therapy for children, young people and their families who have experienced trauma from abuse and neglect or who are at risk of harm.
This program is supported by the Queensland Government through the Department of Education, Specialist Disability Support in Schools program and is provided by a multi-disciplinary team including psychologists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists. The Specialist Disability Support in Schools (SDSS) service aims to improve educational attainment and engagement for children and young people.
