Wridgways Removalists have kindly delivered Christmas gifts free of charge to children and family at our Yarrabah Commuity Counselling service in Far North Queensland.
Staff in our Brisbane office gathered to pack and prepare to deliver more than 10 boxes of donated Christmas toys and clothing to our Cairns office.
Fundraising Manager at Act for Kids, Ellen Park, said its great to see that Wrideways were able to lend a hand and deliver presents to children and families living in remote communites.
We received hundreads of generously donated gifts through our Christmas appeal this year and were thrilled that Queenslanders are pulling together to make sure that less fortunate children will wake up with something under the Christmas tree, she said.
