This week Act for Kids celebrated something very special – the presentation of our very first Lifetime Champions.
This new honour from the Act for Kids Board recognises individuals who have shown extraordinary service and long-term commitment to Act for Kids and our purpose.
At a special gathering, we honoured Dame Quentin Bryce AD CVO, Beverley Fitzgerald, Dr Neil Carrington and Gerry O’Shaughnessy as our inaugural Lifetime Champions.
Each of them has made an extraordinary contribution to Act for Kids – from shaping our very beginnings, to driving growth and innovation, to strengthening vital partnerships that help children and families heal and thrive.
We are so grateful for their dedication, generosity and passion.
Their legacy continues to shine through the thousands of children whose lives have been changed for the better.
