Brisbane fashionistas put on a show for charity

28 November 2014

The Pastiche Fashion Show held on 31 October 2014 at Transcontinental Hotel was a spectacular event showcasing local young designers aiming to bring their great designs to Brisbane, as well as raising awareness and funds for Act for Kids.

Guests enjoyed an evening of models parading down the catwalk, with live music, cocktails and delicious food.

Event organiser, Hannah Park, said she is passionate about helping people that are unable to help themselves and had a vision to make a difference by raising money for Act for Kids.

“I wanted to do something that not only raises funds for a good cause but also brings people together to create a memorable event with great atmosphere, giving people the opportunity to network and enjoy a new experience,” Hannah Park said.

All tickets sales supported Act for Kids. A special thank you to Hannah, the many guests and sponsors for helping raise an incredible $4,743 to help us continue our programs and support services for children suffering from abuse and neglect.
