If you've always wanted to explore the wonders of far north Australia, then we have the perfect escape for you!
Join the 2010 Just4Kids Motor Trail, commencing on 20th August for an unforgettable holiday and support ACT for Kids at the same time!
By taking part in a Just4Kids Motor Trail you'll not only be on an amazing outback adventure but part of your registration fee will be 'donated' to ACT for Kids!
You'll also be helping to raise funds for disabled and disadvantaged youth in Queensland along the way. Helping out at planned functions in some of the local community groups and schools, you'll provide much needed support to sick, disabled and disadvantaged children along the route.
This 11 day Aussie adventure of a lifetime begins at the coast of Cardwell and then travels through Cairns, Laura, Weipa, Twin Falls, Seisia, Thursday Island, Bramwell Station, Musgrave and ends at Cooktown. Cape York has an outstanding history from early explorers, the first pearlers and famous croc hunters, Vince Vlasoff and Lloyd Grigg, as well as the now famous Old Telegraph Line.
This is a minimum fuss and low stress holiday as all meals are fully catered for and accommodation pre-arranged by the Trail organisers. Mechanical and medical support is also provided by the experienced officials. This will give you more time for the fun stuff like exploring islands or a spot of fishing! Your vehicle will need to be an AWD, 4x4 or well set up car with clearance.
For all information on how you can join the Motor Trail and help make a real difference to lives of struggling families and children around Queensland, please visit the Just4Kids website www.just4kidsmotortrail.com.au , email admin@just4kids.org.au or call 0427 991 900.
